Privacy notice

This public website is a small informational site for Vole’s private measured pilot. It does not contain an advertising tracker, customer account system, payment flow, or live public A2A endpoint.

Information you choose to send

If you email Vole, we receive the information in your message and the address you use. We use it only to respond, evaluate a requested pilot, maintain security, or meet legal obligations. Do not send credentials, private customer data, payment information, or regulated information by email.

Technical information

Our hosting and DNS providers may process ordinary request metadata needed to deliver and secure the site, such as timestamps, requested paths, network addresses, and browser information. Vole does not use that data for behavioral advertising.

Pilot data

Any design-partner pilot receives a separate, explicit scope covering facts, permissions, retention, evidence, and termination. Visiting this website or sending an inquiry does not enroll a business or grant agent authority.

Retention and sharing

We keep inquiries only as long as operationally or legally necessary. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process limited data to host the site, operate email, prevent abuse, and support an authorized pilot.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete an inquiry, subject to security and legal retention needs, by emailing privacy@volelab.xyz.

Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
