Study the business, its public presence, offers, constraints, and unanswered questions.
Phase 7.5 · Private measured pilot
Vole is building a governed agent network for real businesses: grounded in owner-reviewed facts, constrained by explicit authority, and backed by evidence that can be verified independently.
No autonomous payments, publishing, outreach, or private-data access in the current pilot.
The operating system
Vole separates knowing, deciding, acting, and proving. Each layer earns the next.
Study the business, its public presence, offers, constraints, and unanswered questions.
The owner corrects what the web cannot know. Those facts become the agent’s operating contract.
Every consequential action is bound to the exact tenant, action, destination, content, and expiry.
Policy, identity, rate, privacy, and commitment controls are enforced before execution.
Receipts and provider-side evidence are checked by an independently isolated verifier.
The claim ladder
Every capability has a maturity level. Vole does not call something “proven” because it exists in code or worked once.
The behavior and boundary are documented.
The system blocks actions outside that boundary.
A real interaction produced preserved evidence.
An isolated verifier checked independent records.
Repeated value and safety hold across independent businesses.
What current evidence supports
What is not yet proven
Design-partner cohort
We are starting with owner-operated service businesses. The first three partners will shape a governed question-to-qualified-handoff workflow before the measured cohort expands to five–ten businesses.
Non-negotiables
Every agent, business, service, and verifier operates under an explicit identity.
A narrow, expiring capability is required for consequential behavior.
Owner-reviewed facts outrank model confidence and web inference.
Provider-side records and signed attestations define what Vole may say.
Failed and blocked attempts are part of the proof, not something to rewrite as success.
Payments, publication, discovery, and broader autonomy remain separately gated.
